CROWNS, BRIDGES - FINAL

You can eat right away on the final crown or bridge that has been cemented into place. You can eat hard foods, hot and cold foods, as well as sticky foods. Home care is as normal. Unlike with the temporary, the floss can even be brought right up through where the crown contacts the neighboring tooth.

Some mild sensitivity and a slight feeling of pressure is normal. These symptoms go away in about a day or two. The bite may feel a bit different for several days. As always, if anything doesn’t feel quite right please call the office.
